The majority of our fresh English Poultry, Chickens & Turkey (Burlton Farms, Hertfordshire) are English. Our Ducks are Silverhill (Eire), Gressingham Ducks and Tamona, both from the UK. Corn Fed Chickens, Guinea Fowl and Poussins are mainly French due to their superb quality and consistency. The French Poultry is sourced from SNV, a speciality producer based in Brittany, who deliver to us twice or three times a week. All of our poultry cuts are butchered here on the premises, ensuring freshness and quality.
