Postage to the mainland UK is £3.99 postage
Q. What If my item is damaged
in transit?
A. The courier we use insures the product to its full replacement
cost for replacement. Just inform us within 3 days of receipt and we will deal with
it accordingly.
Q. What if my item doesnt fit?
If an item doesnt fit, send it back as per the returns policy. We will send a different
size We will call when we have received the item to arrange another delivery. If
the item isn't in stock, we will give store credit or we will put the order on hold
until we are restocked (customer's choice)
Q. What is your returns policy?
A. We do not offer refunds, only exchanges/store credit.
Wrap up the item as securely as you received it, unused and with all tags on it
and post it to us at:

please attach a note detailing the problem and we will rectify this and resend it
to you. (please note buyer is responsible for any delivery charge after the initial

Monday-Friday 9-4 and weekends 9-5.30
Q. How long will my Item take
to arrive?
A. We aim to dispatch the same or next working day from
when payment is received. eg. Orders taken on Friday will be dispatched on Monday

A. If you live locally or wish to pick up in store, call
