Returns Policy
If you return any product with which you are not completely satisfied, we will give
a full refund.
Delivery
Your order will be delivered directly to your door by express courier in purpose
designed insulated boxes with ice packs. This form of packaging has been designed
to keep your meat at correct storage temperature for at least 24 hours. Meat should
be transferred to your own refrigeration upon receipt.
Generally, orders placed by 11am Monday to Thursdays will be prepared and despatched
on the same day and delivered the following day. Orders received after 11am will
be treated as if received on the following day. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays
and Sundays will be prepared and despatched on the Monday and delivered on the Tuesday.
We will delay the preparation and despatch of orders if next day delivery is not
possible due to public holidays.
Our delivery charge is £12.50 per delivery regardless of order size and this will be
added to your bill automatically.
Goods will be delivered to the postal address as typed onto the order form. Where
delivery cannot be made as no one was available to receive the goods, the consignment
will be returned to the carrier's local distribution terminal and a notification
card left at the delivery address. It is the responsibility of the consignee contact
the depot and to collect the goods promptly. Risk of loss or damage of products
passes to you on the date of the first attempted delivery to your given delivery
address.
Non-Delivery
If you have not received delivery of your order or a notification card, please email
details to us on the Contact Form and we will check with our courier. Please read
section above concerning delivery period as your delivery may have been postponed
to enable next day delivery. A full refund will be given in the case of non delivery
due to fault by ourselves or our carrier.
Non Availability of Products
We expect to be able to supply all of the items lists on this website on a daily
basis. In the unlikely event that we cannot supply an ordered item we will contact
you by telephone or email and offer an alternative product or a refund.
Complaints and Comments
Should you have any complaint about our website, our products or our service, please
email us on the Contact Form. We expect to be able to resolve any problems within
5 working days.
